Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Information you submit in our contact and wholesale inquiry forms: name, email, phone, business details and your message.
- Account information if you sign in with a Wix Members account: name and email.
- Order information collected at Wix checkout: name, delivery address, email, phone and order contents. Payment card details are entered with our payment provider and are never stored by us.
- Your cart, which is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device.
- How you use the site (pages and products viewed, items added to the basket, checkouts and orders, device and approximate location), measured with Google Analytics. See Cookies & Browser Storage.
Why we use it
To fulfil and deliver orders, answer your questions, process wholesale inquiries, prevent fraud, keep required records, and run the store. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
Our store platform and checkout are provided by Wix.com, and payments are processed by the payment providers offered at our Wix checkout. Google Analytics, provided by Google, measures how the site is used. These providers handle data only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA lets you request to know, access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share it). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. As required by CalOPPA, we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track you across other sites. Terms of Sale
- Pricing errors. We work to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order, or contact you to confirm the correct price, and refund any amount already charged.
- Availability. Stock levels change quickly. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
- Product information. Images and descriptions are for guidance. Packaging and brands may vary. Check the label for ingredients and allergens.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute will be heard in the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
- Changes. We may update these policies. The effective date above shows the latest version.
Returns & Refunds
Because most of our products are perishable food, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. If the claim is valid, we will replace the item or refund it to your original payment method. Approved refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping & Pickup
- Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, the shipping fee is shown at checkout.
- We ship to addresses across the U.S. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, and most arrive 2–7 business days after that.
- Pickup: you can collect your order from our Garden City warehouse, 32825 Manor Park, Garden City, MI 48135. Enter code PICKUP at checkout for 10% off the cart total. The code is for pickup orders only.
- Please make sure someone can receive perishable items. We cannot be responsible for items left unattended at your request.
